There is a possibility to be logged at the same time on multiple devices.
If you have a problem with logging in, please make sure:
Your login and password are correct,
Caps Lock button is turned off,
You are typing the one time password correctly.
Additionally, you can try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser.
If you performed all the checks mentioned above and the issue is still persisting, please contact our Support Team.
In the right corner of the page click on your name.
On the list that will unfold scroll down until you find “Settings” – click on it.
Fill out the form by entering your previous password, new password and the code from Google Authenticator app.
Click “Save” – your password is changed now!
In case you forgot your password:
Click on “Log in” button in the upper right corner of the page.
Then choose the “Forgot password” option.
Enter your email address registered on the CoinDeal exchange.
Check your inbox (also the SPAM folder) and click on the link we sent to you.
Remember, your password should be at least 8 characters long, contain uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters (* @!).
Enter and confirm the new password. Done!
We are very sorry to hear you are considering deleting your account from our platform. We would like to inform you that to trade, make crypto withdrawals and deposits you do not need to verify your utility bill.
If you are experiencing any technical issues with your account, please contact our Support Team and we will provide you with a solution. Creating a second account will not solve the problem as users are not allowed to have multiple accounts. Remember, once you delete your account, you will not be able to register with the same e-mail address and phone number in the future.
There is no possibility of having multiple accounts. However, in the near future, we are planning to introduce sub accounts functionality.
